My name is Shayna. I am a wife and Mom of 4 beautiful children. My educational background is in Holistic Nutrition and Registered Nursing, with more than 9 years experience. Along with my degrees, I also have my Certification in Holistic Nutrition and Health & Wellness Coaching.
I wanted to pursue this path after I became a nurse, because I was always discussing with my patients about how nutrition affects our health and a lot of our diseases and problems stem from poor nutritional intake.
It is so important for people to be educated and see that they can make a change in their life with their nutrition and overall wellness.
