I’m Shayna, a dedicated wife and mother of four wonderful children. With over 10 years of experience in Holistic Nutrition and Registered Nursing, I am also certified as a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, and Nutritionist.

My journey into holistic health began after my nursing career, where I frequently discussed with patients how nutrition plays a crucial role in our overall health. Many diseases and issues are linked to poor nutritional habits, and I’m passionate about educating others on how they can make impactful changes in their lives through better nutrition and wellness.

By making small, daily adjustments and adopting a balanced, holistic diet, you can experience the positive transformations you’ve been seeking. I specialize in crafting personalized meal plans and providing the tools and resources needed to support you in achieving your wellness goals.

Shayna is a pleasure to work with. I honestly didn’t think anyone could help me since there are so many foods I do not eat.
